I've download an eLending app and I cannot see the item I reserved. Help!

There are a few steps to ensure you can see your items:
When you are reserving items through the library app or website, you need to check which Vendor the item is on.
Make sure you are logged on:
Libby: Search for Randwick City Library, and logon with your Library ID and password.
Borrowbox: Search for Randwick City Library, and logon with your Library ID and password.
indyreads: Search for Randwick City Library, and logon with your Library ID and password.
hoopla: Search for Randwick City Library, create an account with an email address and password, then enter Library ID and password.
Once you are logged on, you should be able to see what items that you have reserved, and if they are now available to enjoy.
NOTE: you can see your digital holds in the library catalogue and library app, but you will need to look at the item to see what platform / vendor is lending the item.
