Randwick City Library membership is open to everyone.
As long as you satisfy the requirements of membership outlined on our Join the Library page, you are able to join.
If you can provide proof of identity, for example a passport, however are unable to provide proof of address, you can sign up for a Digital Membership to access our in-house technology services.
