Randwick City Library has Rooms for hire at Lionel Bowen Library in Maroubra, and Margaret Martin Library in Randwick.
Hire comes under two separate rates;
Commercial/Private rates: Commercial/Private is defined as a group, organisation or person that charges an entry fee or a participation charge, or the hiring of the venue is for a private function. Also relates to any booking that competes with local business.
Non-Commercial rates: Non-Commercial is defined as a group, non-profit or charity organisation or person that does not charge a cover charge. Parties claiming non-commercial rates must provide a Certificate of Endorsement as an Income Tax Exempt charitable entity from the Australian Tax Office or a copy of the entity's constitution including a not for profit clause.

Maroubra has the Vonnie Young Auditorium (50 capacity) on level 1 , and the HACC (Home and Community Care Group) on Level 2. This space can be used as the Maroubra Room (120 capacity), the Anzac Room (75 capacity) and the Gale Room (12 capacity).
At Randwick are two meeting rooms for hire, each with 30 capacity. both can be hired together pending availability.
